# Choice — Refuse

You refused plainly. Pressure rises in the short run; trust, in this room's honest accounting, does not collapse — it steadies, because a boundary held is information, not hostility. Offer the honest alternative in the same breath: the approved process, the owner, verification. Write your exact refusal wording in the transcript space.
